MONDAY

Vital: Posterior chain muscle groups & stabiliser muscles (primarily back & hamstrings, with a touch of core).

TUESDAY

The Works: Strength & Conditioning (upper body bias).

WEDNESDAY

Prime: Legs (focussing primarily on quads, with a touch of core).

THURSDAY

The Works: Strength & Conditioning (full body).

FRIDAY

No Limits: Anterior chain muscle groups & stabiliser muscles (primarily chest & shoulders, with some core).

SATURDAY

Amplify: Glutes & Core.
